Shipping

Shipping is FREE Australia wide on orders over $200, shipping will be dispatched within 24 hours (weekend permitting) and will arrive within 3-5 business days. 

For orders under $200 shipping Australia wide is $9.95 AUD, shipping will be dispatched within 24 hours (weekend and public holiday permitting) and will arrive within 3-5 business days.

Shipping is registered through a courier service. You will be notified once the item has been posted with a tracking number linked to your parcel. Revoque does not hold responsibility for lost parcels through the courier, if you have an item that has issues, please contact our Customer Service team @ info@revoque.com.au and we will be happy to assist you. 

 

Express Shipping- Next day delivery

Express Shipping can be selected at checkout for $14.95 AUD. Select this option for next day delivery (metro cities only, ADELAIDE, SYDNEY, MELBOURNE). Shipping is registered through a courier service. You will be notified once the item has been posted with a tracking number linked to your parcel. Revoque does not hold responsibility for lost parcels through the courier, if you have an item that has issues, please contact our Customer Service team @ info@revoque.com.au and we will be happy to assist you. 

 

Shipping - International - United Kingdom + United States

Shipping is $20.00 AUD for United Kingdom and United States Deliveries. Shipping will be dispatched within 24 hours (weekend permitting). Your designs will come packaged within an exclusive revoque garment bag which is our special gift to you, this will ensure your piece always stays protected and ready to wear.

 

FREE Returns

At revoque we like to keep things simple, as we know Mama's time is limited and organised! We have simplified our returns policy to ensure it is processed efficiently and hassle free. Simply follow our 3 step process and you will be on your way in no time.

1. Email info@revoque.com.au and let us know your email, phone and order details for a revoque team member to be in contact with you within 24 hours.

2. Place the dress back into the mailbag.

3. Once your delivery label has been emailed to you, simply complete and attach the delivery label and drop off at any Officeworks, scan your item and place into the locker. 

Then one of our revoque team members will be in touch to complete your return.

Note: All items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be in original condition with tags still attached. We will process your refund on the same day we receive your item.

For exchange of size or style you will need to return and repurchase, if you are unsure on size, please feel free to contact revoque at info@revoque.com.au and one of our team members will happily assist you in making sure you select the perfect design!
